Okay, guys, so we heard back from the sellers with a counter-offer (finally!), and we're going to counter-offer their counter-offer tonight! More news to come...
On a very happy note, Julio and I went on a church retreat this weekend. It was soooo much fun! Hopefully I'll get some pics from church people. We got to know people at church, and we got to do really cool stuff, like play basketball, swim, go down a zipline into a lake, and do a ropes course 30 feet up in the air. It was awesome! We were so happy that we went!

YA - I am glad you enjoyed the church retreat - sounds like a lot of fun! Where was it? Good luck with the house offers and counter-offers! It looks like a great house and we really enjoyed that neighborhood when we lived there!
